CORPORATE HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Certified Energy Services obtained our COR in 2014, while consistently attaining high scores on all Energy Safety audits.

Certified Energy Services Ltd. operates under the internal responsibility system of safety, where maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is a shared responsibility. We recognize that the management team has the greatest responsibility to ensure the health & safety system is developed, implemented, and maintained.

Each employee is expected cooperate and follow all Company rules, and to perform their work in a safe manner. Workers are expected to report unsafe conditions and point out unsafe behaviour. The Field Supervisor is responsible to monitor the implementation of the health & safety management system and assist the Rig Managers in understanding and implementing their health & safety duties. All Rig Managers are responsible for maintaining the health and safety management system, and for implementing this program. They are also responsible for training employees in Safe Work Procedures and have the overall responsibility for safety at each work location.

Drillers are responsible for assisting Rig Managers in the implementation and maintenance of the health and safety program.

All contractors, subcontractors and others who do work for and with the company are responsible for obeying all rules, following recommended Safe Work Procedures, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), participating in all safety training programs, and informing the Field Superintendent of unsafe working conditions.

MANAGEMENT HAS THE CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORKPLACE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND INCIDENT PREVENTION THE COMPANY'S POLICY IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND HEALTHY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE AND TO ABIDE BY ACTS & REGULATIONS SET FORTH BY THE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF SASKATCHEWAN.

The Company is sincerely interested in the health and safety of our employees. Health awareness also includes the mental health wellbeing of all our employees. We believe that our workers are our most important asset. Incident prevention, fitness for duty and a healthy workplace are essential components in the maintenance of a safe and efficient operation. We are committed to providing all resources necessary to fulfill this duty.

It is our policy that all safety rules and regulations are always strictly observed. Everyone is accountable to this program. Working safely is a condition of employment. Failure to comply with any element of this program or legislative requirement will result in disciplinary action.
